The Practice Manager is a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, responsible for:

• Lead and supervise our reception team across multiple locations

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of client service

• Coordinate and implement marketing activities, including social media and newsletters

• Compile and present reports using clinic data and digital tools

• Support finance processes, IT systems, and inventory management

• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace culture

• Driving continuous improvement across administration IT, marketing, and more

• Playing an active role in team development, feedback systems, and internal communications

You'll work:

• 3 days at our Highett clinic (including 1 day on reception)

• 2 days at our Forest Hill clinic

• With flexibility to travel to other locations as needed

You're strategic and systems-savvy, but also love to roll up your sleeves and get creative. You're a confident communicator, an organiser at heart, and genuinely care about team culture.

You bring:

• Experience in team leadership and operations

• Strong communication and people skills

• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Digital confidence – spreadsheets, platforms, and content tools

• Bonus if you've dabbled in marketing, brand design, or online systems
