Where are all the ethical, authentic and passionate clinicians that have an amazing commitment to client care and an investment in the mental health outcomes of our community as a whole and understand the importance and privilege of such a role?

At Equanimity, a multidisciplinary clinic that has been serving Australia for over 16 years, with more than 50 years collective experience amongst our amazing team, and serving the beautiful Central Coast for 15 years now - we have started to doubt the existence of such clinicians.

At Equanimity we are dedicated to trauma-informed and individualised Assessments and care and we believe that it is our mission to make psychological support a natural and comfortable part of life, and we are passionate about "Doing Psychology Differently." In a way that makes every one feel seen, heard and validated in all that they do - including each and every member of our team BUT we think we have exhausted the industry's supply of like minded passionate, caring, trauma informed invested practitioners with a genuine interest in the human being in need of support in front of them and we are about to give up on looking and hang our heads in disbelief

We Are Afraid

If we don't find some genuine applicants with:

• An undergraduate degree in psychology and interest in behaviour support; or
• A registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist: or
• A provisional Psychologist or Clinical Registrar

That wants:
