Job Description:

This position is for an experienced clinician to develop and implement therapeutic interventions that promote child-led strength-based mental health strategies. The successful candidate will work with children experiencing mild to moderate emotional, social, and behavioural challenges.

  • Develop and oversee tailored therapeutic plans for children and families.
  • Deliver evidence-based mental health screening assessments, counselling, and interventions.
Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Counselling, along with provisional or full membership with AHPRA or a relevant professional body.

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields.
  • Provisional or full membership with AHPRA or relevant professional bodies.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting children across different ages and developmental stages.
  • Experience in evidence-based therapy, case management, and family-inclusive practice.
  • Strong knowledge of child and family mental health and wellbeing frameworks.
