About Us

We are a locally owned and operated asphalt and civil construction contractor with over 20 years of successful operations. Under new leadership since 2023, we are expanding from residential projects into commercial and government sectors. This is a great time to join our team during a period of growth and transformation.

Our main depot is based on the Sunshine Coast, with work across the Sunshine Coast and regional Southeast Queensland.

The Opportunity

We are looking for Entry Level Crew Members who are keen to start a career in the civil construction and asphalt industry. This is a hands-on role where you will begin with general labouring tasks and receive on-the-job training to build your skills over time.

No prior industry experience is required – just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to work hard as part of a team. For the right people, there are clear opportunities to develop into plant operation, crew leadership, or other specialised roles as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general labouring duties – raking, shovelling, sweeping, and wheelbarrow work
  • Assist with site setup, maintenance, and clean-up
  • Support operators and crew members on civil and asphalt projects
  • Learn safe manual handling and asphalt construction practices
  • Participate in toolbox talks, safety initiatives, and incident reporting
  • Work as part of a team to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

Requirements

  • General Construction Induction Card (White Card – or able to obtain before starting)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Safety-focused mindset
  • Willingness to get hands-on and learn new skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
  • Current driver's licence preferred
