Skout Solutions are looking for expressions of interest on exciting upcoming road maintenance works on the Sunshine Coast. We are looking for workers with experience in civil labouring to work 4 days Monday to Thursday (10 hours per day) with an optional 5th day of overtime. This project will be a 6- month project with the opportunity to go permanent from there in the new year.

Reporting to Pavement Minor Works Leading Hands You will be performing
- Minor pavement and drainage repairs as necessary
- Undertake pothole repairs, surface levelling, roadside shoulder repairs
- Set out signs and cones around work areas to divert traffic
- Undertake manual handling tasks and miscellaneous civil road labouring responsibilities
- Potential to run small crew - 1 to 2 people (is an advantage but not a prerequisite)

You will need
- Experience working on roads in a civil labouring position (highly desired)
- White card (essential)
- Ability to undertake manual handling tasks for the majority of a shift
- Experience working with asphalt (is an advantage)
- Experience using small plant and equipment (is preferred)

Please ensure you provide details of driver license held and any experience operating plant such as small excavators, trucks etc.
