Our client is a Migration Agency on the lookout for a digital-savvy content and campaign specialist who can drive leads, amplify their online presence, and make their client stories shine. If you love data and storytelling, you may have just found your next gig.
Role Summary
As a Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator, you'll lead the charge in managing and executing end-to-end digital marketing efforts. From running high-performing Google and
Meta campaigns to producing content that informs, inspires, and converts, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth for both our migration and education services.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Advertising (Google & Meta)
● Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta campaigns
(Facebook/Instagram).
● Adjust budgets and bids to maximise leads and manage cost per conversion.
● Test ad creatives, placements, and audiences for lead gen and remarketing funnels.
- Content Creation
● Manage third party content creators to Write and publish engaging blog posts, case
studies, success stories, and social media content.
● Interview clients, agents, and stakeholders to produce authentic, compliant narratives.
● Use tools like Canva, Lumen5, and Descript to create visual assets and short videos.
- Reputation Management
● Set up and manage tools like SurveyMonkey for client feedback and reviews.
● Create post-service email flows to ethically generate more Google reviews.
● Repurpose positive reviews into branded social proof across channels.
- Landing Page Design and Management
● Manage third party developers to Build and maintain landing pages using platforms like
Unbounce, Elementor, or Webflow.
● Ensure mobile optimisation, lead form integrations, and accurate tracking (GTM, GA4).
● Update landing content monthly without needing developer support.
About You
● You're a confident self-starter with 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally
within a small business or agency setting.
● You've worn multiple marketing hats before and are comfortable owning campaigns from
strategy to execution.
● You have a knack for translating technical services into compelling messaging.
● You are organised, data-driven, and creative with your content formats.
Tools We'd Love You to Know
● Ads and Analytics: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM
● Content: WordPress, Canva, Grammarly, ChatGPT
● Automation and Reviews: Zapier, SurveyMonkey, ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp
● Landing Pages: Unbounce, Elementor, Instapage, or similar
Bonus Points For
● Experience in the migration, education, or professional services sector
● Knowledge of compliance requirements in content and advertising
● Ability to work with Freelancer designers and developers (when needed)
