A high-profile Federal Government agency is delivering a major transformation program focused on policy, operational, and ICT change. This program supports national priorities and requires experienced professionals with the highest level of security clearance.
Your new role
As the Business Change Manager, you will lead the change lifecycle across multiple initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new systems, processes, and behaviours. You'll apply a structured change-management framework to drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities.
What you'll need to succeed
* A recognised change management certification (e.g., PROSCI).
* 5+ years of experience in delivering structured change initiatives.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience working alongside project delivery teams.
* An active TSPV or TSPA security clearance (non-negotiable).
