The Role

We are seeking a
high-performing, experienced automotive leader
to join Autosports Group as
General Manager
for one of our cornerstone brands at our newest acquisition in Canberra.

This is a
key appointment within our senior leadership team
—an opportunity to lead a flagship dealership, backed by the resources, scale, and strategic vision of Australia's most progressive automotive group.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the
    day-to-day operations
    of the dealership.
  • Driving growth by
    achieving and exceeding financial and performance targets
    .
  • Building and developing a
    high-performance team
    through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
  • Maintaining strong, respectful partnerships with
    OEM brand partners
    .
  • Creating a culture that is
    customer-focused, safe, and results-driven
    .
  • Delivering on
    KPI and budget targets
    within a listed company environment.
  • Setting a clear
    strategic vision
    for the dealership's future.

About You

We are looking for an automotive leader who is at the
very top of their field
in the luxury segment. To be successful, you will have:

  • Proven success in a
    General Sales Manager, Aftersales Manager, or General Manager
    role.
  • Strong
    financial and commercial management skills
    .
  • Exceptional
    people leadership and team-building abilities
    .
  • A track record of
    delivering above-benchmark results
    .
  • The ability to inspire trust and build long-term relationships with
    OEM partners and stakeholders
    .
