About Us

Established in 1974, MACS Australia Group is a West Australian company that delivers high-quality construction and building services to our municipal, commercial, Industrial, and Resource clients throughout Western Australia.

Candidates must hold Australian permanent residency or equivalent work rights.

MACS Civil and Industrial Services division covers the full spectrum of civil construction and engineering projects, from major bulk earthworks to detailed construction and engineering projects. We offer routine and preventative maintenance services for industrial infrastructures or facilities such as roof, car parks, warehouse structures, doors, drainage, tanks, structural concrete, and exposed concrete surfaces.

The Role

We have an opportunity for a Civil Supervisor to join us.

Essential requirement for candidates to have experience in industrial and resources projects.

  • Projects all around the Perth Metro area.
  • Occasional short-term FIFO

Job tasks and key responsibilities

  • Leading a Safe Operational Culture
  • Provide Leadership and Supervision to Site Teams
  • Scheduling and Coordination of daily Site Works
  • Leading the production, support, and delivery of the projects in line with time, cost, quality and compliance requirements
  • Co-ordination of labour resources, equipment, sub-contractors, and procurement of materials
  • Managing Client Relations and Business Development

Qualities Required for Success

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years civil construction supervisory experience.
  • Strong earthworks experience essential.
  • Comprehensive experience across all earthworks types is essential for this role.
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of workers and contractors.
  • Have a high safety focus
  • Must hold White Card and additional safety tickets as required for civil construction work.
  • A strong customer focus
