About The Role:

We are seeking a P&C and Talent Partner based in our Sydney CBD office to deliver exceptional People and Culture support across our organisation. As a generalist, you will collaborate within a dedicated P&C team, contributing to a culture of service excellence. This role encompasses the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to policy compliance and offboarding—while driving HR initiatives that foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You Will:

  • Support workforce planning by implementing and maintaining the Workforce Plan to ensure optimal talent placement.
  • Support the Lead Talent Partner with end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job ads, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing ATS records, and supporting hiring decisions.
  • Prepare employment and contractor agreements, coordinating pre-employment checks like references and compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new hires, collaborating with leaders and the P&C team.
  • Contribute to HR policy development by researching, drafting, and implementing policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Promote policy awareness and compliance, guiding employees and leaders on company policies and privacy obligations.
  • Support HR initiatives, such as HRIS implementation, HR metrics development, and embedding organizational values.
  • Assist with cyclical HR activities, including performance, development, and remuneration reviews.
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in P&C processes by identifying opportunities and leading projects to enhance HR delivery and employee. experience.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 + years' experience as an HR generalist with recruitment expertise, ideally in fast-paced or project-based environments.
  • Proven track record in coordinating HR projects, such as policy development and cyclical P&C activities.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, adopting a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and HR analytics/reporting.
  • Accountable, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and addressing issues early.
  • Exceptional communicator, conveying information clearly and adapting to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and ethical, handling sensitive information with integrity.
  • Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset, enhancing HR processes and employee experience.
