2 Elements is a modern established fusion BBQ restaurant serving Smoked meats in Frankston, Vic.

Kitchen operating hours are Tuesday to Friday 5pm to 9pm and weekends 12pm to 9pm

Requirements Relevant Qualification/s At least five years of experience in leading role.

Knowledge about meats and basic knowledge of butchering is MUST

Ability to work under pressure and in a busy customer environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication and team skills.

Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, by sharing knowledge of cooking techniques, recipes, and kitchen best practices, establish working schedule and assess staff's performance.

Lead the service time from the pass. Have exceptional pass skills is a MUST.

Deep understanding of kitchen operations and distributing resources accordingly.

Duties & Responsibilities Ensure high quality food is prepared and presented according to our established standards. Cook the ingredients and season them according to different dishes in adherence with menu procedures and processes.

Oversee day to day kitchen operations including all stages of food preparation

Maintain and monitor inventory levels and order food supplies as required.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, workplace hygiene procedures by maintaining clean kitchen premises and equipment/s.

Have basic knowledge of word and excel.
