We're looking for a skilled and passionate Head Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and supplier management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare set meals for residents who require them
  • Develop and manage menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements

  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, optimizing food costs and quality

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in commercial cookery or equivalent trade qualification
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a commercial environment, with a strong focus on resident care
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modified dietary requirements and cooking techniques
  • Solid leadership skills, including budget management and team motivation
  • A passion for mentoring and supporting others in the kitchen
