Established 2008, AISM is a security service provider to Events, Licensed Premises and Crowd Control. AISM takes pride in obtaining their client base through performance, unique strategies and reputation.

We are looking to increase our team of security professionals for Licensed Venues across the Greater West.

Pub, Hotels and Club Roles

Minimum requirements are:

  • 1A Security Licence
  • Current RSA / RCG Competency Card
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Full unlimited rights to work in Australia
  • Customer Service experience

Experience is Key

Skills and Experience Required:

  • MUST be available to work on a weekends and Public Holidays
  • (preferred) Minimum 12 months experience as a Security Guard in Licensed Venues
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Must be available to work at between locations as required
