Loftus Contracting is seeking an experienced
Diesel Fitter

to join our team in Gladstone, QLD. This full-time role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of Civil Plant, Light and Heavy Vehicles.

What you'll be doing -

  • Diagnose and repair faults in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and other heavy equipment
  • Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on machinery
  • Maintain detailed records of all work completed
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations

What we're looking for -

  • Qualified Diesel Fitter or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic with 3+ years' experience
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines and hydraulic systems
  • Experience in problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Driver's Licence
  • Construction White Card
