About the role

We are seeking a qualified Air Conditioning Technician to join a professional HVAC team delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will have post-trade experience in both air conditioning and refrigeration, with a strong commitment to customer service, safety, and quality workmanship. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities within a growing, customer-focused company.

Tasks & Responsibilities

* Install, service, and repair air-conditioning and refrigeration systems

* Carry out diagnostic assessments and preventative maintenance

* Deliver excellent customer service and uphold high professional standards

* Work across residential and light commercial sites (mainly residential)

* Ensure all work meets safety and compliance requirements

Skills & Experience

* Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (essential)

* Minimum 2 years' post-trade experience in HVAC (residential or commercial)

* Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality service

* Ability to manage all types of repairs and system assessments

* Current driver's licence & full Australian working rights
