About the Role

  • We're seeking a Senior Accountant (or strong Intermediate) to join the team.
  • Manage a portfolio of diverse clients currently nurtured by the Principal
  • Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs, and individuals using cloud-based Xero and BGL platforms
  • Provide proactive, tailored advice to your client portfolio
  • Review and mentor junior accountants to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Liaise with the ATO, ASIC, and other authorities on client matters
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value to clients
  • Grow your portfolio, leading to promotion opportunities and additional staff to support you

About You

  • Australian tertiary qualifications
  • 3–5 years of Australian tax experience
  • CA or CPA (desirable, at any stage)
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven history of client interaction
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage deadlines
  • Team-focused with a genuine desire to support everyone's success
