We are searching for a bright, cheerful, organized, and professional office administration person to support a busy Wastewater Company. Daily duties include but not limited to; liaising with the wastewater technicians, scheduling jobs, populating quotes, answering phones, and addressing emails.

Part time – 2 days a week no weekends.

Our Customer Service Specialists are the hub of our customer experience primary duties include processing orders, assisting with client's needs, and ensure a positive customer experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic hands-on, team focused member, to undertake reception & administration.

Working as part of a dynamic team, duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Data entry, Filing; and other administrative tasks as they arise.
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Office, and MYOB experience essential.
  • Great organisation and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A strong work ethic, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to cover other staff when sick or on leave.
  • Pleasant and professional phone manner and willingness to step in and help the team when required is a must.
  • Manage challenging consumer requirements and expectations, professionally.
  • A passionate team member that enjoys working together with honesty and integrity.
