We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Brewing Assistant to join our team at The Imperial Hotel Paddington located in the heart of Sydney's CBD. The Imperial Hotel is a popular family-owned pub and brewery/distillery located in a high-traffic tourism area.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist with our brewing and distilling operation. Resch Brewing & Distilling, a family-owned business, is located at The Imperial Hotel Paddington in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Our ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. They should bring positive energy, a strong work ethic, and excellent time management skills to the job. Our Assistant Brewer will report directly to our Master Brewer/Distiller. They should be able to follow instructions but also work independently when required, show initiative, and ask questions. Our ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a brewery/distillery, brewing qualifications or similar, and a great attitude and eagerness to learn.
