Field Service Technicians – POS & Server Installations

We are seeking skilled and reliable Field Service Technicians to support upcoming national rollout projects. This role will involve installation and configuration of POS peripherals and server hardware, with a mix of day works and night works depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure POS peripherals (receipt printers, scanners, EFTPOS terminals, etc.)
  • Perform server installations and onsite setup
  • Complete work to scope documentation and project standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve onsite technical issues
  • Deliver professional customer service and maintain clear communication with the team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' proven experience with POS and server installations
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's licence, and standard tool kit
  • Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as required

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.72 – $57.88 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
