Der Außendienstmitarbeiter*in konzentriert sich auf die aktive Verfolgung neuer Leads, Gelegenheiten und Kunden in den kleinen und mittleren Marktsegmenten, um das Wachstum entweder auf Filial- oder Landesebene zu fördern. Diese Rolle unterscheidet sich von anderen dadurch, dass sie der Akquise und dem Ausbau des Kundenstamms Vorrang einräumt und das kontinuierliche Wachstum und die Entwicklung des Kundenportfolios gewährleistet. Vorrangiges Ziel ist es, eine erhebliche Marktexpansion und Kundenakquisition zu erreichen.
