Monards is family-owned business specializing in high-end watches, jewellery, accessories, and more. We have operated for over 30 years and we are seeking a passionate individual who enjoys marketing and also luxury.

Our business units:

  • Monards – Luxury Watch, Jewellery, Leathergoods, Accessories

  • Faure Le Page - Parisian leathergoods

  • Messika - Luxury Jewellery

Key responsibilities:

  • Redbook, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and Youtube

  • Conceptualize and create marketing materials

  • Creating copywriting and marketing content

  • Assist in the development of the content schedule including blog, website, eDM

  • Work closely with internal and external creative teams in creation of content and ensure adherence to quality

  • Report on the performance of the content and develop on-going improvement strategies to maximize engagement and conversion

  • Deploy and monitor CRM for email and social marketing campaigns

  • Set up channels and platforms to support greater marketing and business activities

  • Executing events and hosting clients in-store and off-site

  • Content creation using video and text

  • Data entry, data manipulation

  • Assisting with events during, and after business hours, and also on weekends

Desired Characteristics:

  • Passionate about luxury goods (especially from our portfolio)

  • Excellent literacy, writing, editing and proofing of English language

  • Proficient in Adobe creative suite

  • Use of social media platforms

  • Worked on the sales floor of luxury retail

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Organized

  • Creative, balancing design flare with corporate focus

  • Positive and proactive attitude to work

  • Has Permanent Residency or in the process of applying

  • Basic video editing and photo taking/editing
