Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Sunshine, VIC. The Sales Manager will be purly responsible cladding sales indoor and outdoor types.Overseeing daily sales operations, managing a sales calls, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship skills

  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies

  • Market Research and Analytical skills

  • Proficient in using sales tracking and CRM software

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

  • Experience in the construction or interior design industry is a plus

  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members
