About the role

CBR DEVELOPMENT GROUP' is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Box Hill, VIC. As a full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to our continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services

  • Managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve ambitious revenue targets

  • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within the local and regional markets

  • Analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to inform decision-making and product development

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of sales and marketing campaigns

  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and implementing innovative approaches

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and marketing management role, preferably within the Sales industry

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales and marketing teams

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, techniques, and best practices

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting

  • Adaptable and innovative mindset with a customer-centric approach

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly desirable
