Job Connect is hiring Permanent Full-Time Batch Production staff for an internationally renowned company in the Building Supplies industry, located in Wacol.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced batch production workers who are familiar with GMP standards and Quality Assurance procedures. If you have a background in blending or mixing at an industrial level and a valid Forklift Licence, we want to hear from you

Key Duties:

  • Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished product
  • Operate industrial mixers, fillers, and baggers via control systems
  • Accurately follow batch sheets and manufacturing procedures
  • Maintain quality standards and complete GMP/QA documentation
  • Participate in pre-start safety meetings and hazard reduction initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • A current Forklift license with proven operational experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in batch production or industrial blending
  • Experience using computerised machinery for mixing powders, liquids, or chemicals
  • Physically fit – able to lift 20kg bags and perform manual tasks as needed
  • Strong attention to detail, safety-focused, and team-oriented
