About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers and Packers to join a busy contract manufacturing company based across Beenleigh and Luscombe. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, packing a variety of cosmetic and personal care products, including shampoos, conditioners, and lotions.

Shifts:

Shift Timings: Between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM

  • The site offers both 4-day and 5-day rosters, giving you flexibility to choose.

4-Day Roster

  • Work Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 6:00 AM start

5-Day Roster

  • Work Mon–Fri
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Start between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Candidates can choose their preferred start time, as long as they complete the required 8 or 10 hours within the 6 AM – 6 PM window.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing and handling of cosmetic products (shampoos, conditioners, lotions, hair dyes, tanning sprays, etc.).
  • Assisting operators and working alongside permanent staff in hands-on roles.
  • Following instructions to ensure production targets (25,000 – 60,000 units per day) are met.
  • Placing empty bottles and caps onto the accumulator system to start the production line.
  • Manually placing caps on filled bottles to prepare them for sealing.
  • Wiping each bottle and inspecting labels and batch numbers for accuracy and quality.
  • Packing sealed bottles into individual packaging boxes.
  • Grouping, wrapping, and transferring packed boxes into final shipping cartons.
  • Ensuring all product quality and packaging standards are met.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in production, packing, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Must adhere to site requirements: no makeup and no strong fragrances
  • Steel-capped boots or safety shoes
