Corporate and Commercial Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have approximately 1–4 years' post-admission experience and be responsible for working on a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious lawyer to work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, gaining valuable experience and developing their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- a Bachelor of Laws degree or equivalent qualification;
- approximately 1–4 years' post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- proficiency in relevant software applications.
