The role & business

Working in the structure outlined above, you will be reporting to the Site Manager as 2IC on site. In a well resourced project team on an $85M commercial new build, your experience in overseeing vital structural components of the project will he valued greatly whilst helping to guide other Supervisors on their critical paths. The business has a long history of promoting from within and, if you desire to keep pushing your career, there is every chance of moving into Site Management on completion of this project.

The business has a near 40 year history in NSW commercial building market and are a household name. They are stable, have 80% repeat client base every year for the last 10 years, and provide well resourced project teams to give their jobs the best chance of success - in short, they know what works and stick to the plan.

Qualifications & Experience

  • You will be able to demonstrate longevity of employment working for Tier 2 or 3 Builders in Sydney on projects in excess of $30M at minimum
  • You will be a person with a key focus on the team ethic and understand building isn't about individual glory
  • You will be able to provide strong references from your past employers, subcontractors and clients
  • You will be commutable to Brookvale
