As the Loyalty Strategy Specialist, you'll help shape the future of Velocity Frequent Flyer by designing and delivering strategies that bring our Member Value Proposition to life. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll use insights, data, and market intelligence to create innovative and compelling propositions that deepen Member engagement and drive long-term growth.
If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for Member centricity and creating customer-first propositions that deliver commercial impact, this role will give you the platform to make a real difference.
In addition, you will:
- Translate business strategy into Member-focused propositions that drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Apply design thinking principles to uncover unmet needs and shape differentiated loyalty experiences.
- Use data, analytics, and Member feedback to uncover opportunities and shape innovative loyalty offerings.
- Build and deliver business cases that demonstrate clear value for both Members and the business.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Digital, and Technology teams to deliver compelling member and program propositions.
- Contribute to loyalty innovation projects, exploring new ways to reward and engage Members.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing investment and direction.
- Support cross-functional programs that deliver personalised, rewarding Member journeys.

You'll be great in this role if you:
- A degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in strategy, consulting, customer experience, or loyalty.
- A track record of delivering insights-led strategies that improved customer or Member outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in frameworks like CLV, NPS, CVP development, or segmentation.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to link Member initiatives to measurable business value.
- A collaborative, innovative mindset with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in loyalty or aviation (desirable but not essential).
