About the role:

  • Drafting and advising on Wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney and enduring guardianships
  • Managing probate applications and estate administration from start to finish
  • Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex succession planning
  • Working directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions and build long-term relationships
  • Supporting the partners in delivering strategic advice on estate planning structures

The ideal candidate:

  • 5–8 years' PQE in estate planning, probate, and estate administration
  • Strong drafting skills and technical knowledge in trusts and succession law
  • A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage files autonomously while contributing to a supportive team environment
