Join our family-owned, boutique, newly renovated centre located central to Mudgeeraba, Varsity and Robina and inspire little learners every day We are seeking passionate and dedicated Educators (Casual, Part-Time, and Full-Time) to join our team at Olive's Place.

Guided by the EYLF and NQS, our educators nurture each child's sense of belonging, being, and becoming, while working in close partnership with families to provide the very best start in life.

About the Role:

As an Educator at Olive's Place, you will:

  • Create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for children.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate learning experiences guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Build warm and trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Support children's wellbeing, learning, and development through positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team that values reflection, creativity, and growth.
  • Maintain compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.

About You:

We're looking for an educator who is:

  • Passionate about early childhood education and making a difference.
  • Qualified with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards).
  • Knowledgeable of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements.
  • Positive, fun, enthusiastic, and committed to building strong relationships.
  • A great communicator and supportive team player.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis training
