Your typical day as an Administered Revenue Officer Level 2 may include:
- Providing daily quality assurance of reconciliations and team outputs in preparation for end of month activities and audit requests.
- Perform bi-daily monitoring of internal controls over the financial data.
- Extracting and analysing financial data to: create reports, identify business improvements for efficiencies and make evidence based recommendations.
- Oversee all financial transactions in the general ledger and on client accounts including allocation of payments and refunds to clients.
- Supporting the team with complex escalations.
You will be supported by a positive, constructive team and divisional leaders as you do your work.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Client accounting and general ledger experience.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft office products such as Excel.
- Knowledge of, and applied experience in analysing and interpreting financial data.
