Roles Available

  • Learn to Swim Instructors — Teach swimming and water safety to kids from 2½ upwards, focusing on confidence, skills, and fun.
  • Infant & Toddler Instructors — Support parents and carers as they introduce little ones (from 3 months) to water in a safe, engaging way.
  • Instructor & Deck Supervisor – For those qualified individuals who also would like to lead a team

Whether you're experienced or brand-new, we'll help you build the skills to succeed.


About You

  • Qualified or excited to become qualified (with our help)
  • Positive, flexible, and love working with people
  • Passionate about making a difference through water safety
  • Hold or willing to obtain a CPR certificate and Working with Children Blue Card
  • Qualified candidates fast tracked
  • Applicants available weekends, after-school & weekdays are highly valued.
