Early Childhood Centre Administrator

We are excited to announce that we are opening soon at Elermore Vale and are looking for a passionate and dedicated Administrator for our Centre.

Infinite Early Learning is a newly purpose built, state of the art Early Childhood centre in the Newcastle area. The founders have over 30 years of experience in the Early Childhood Sector and provide safe, engaging spaces for children to learn, play and grow. We are committed to creating and maintaining an environment that promotes the safeguarding of all children. All staff and visitors are responsible for promoting the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of children.

• Availability to work Mondays to Fridays
• Someone with a Business Administration Degree, or equivalent qualification, or relevant experience in a similar role (preferable but not essential)
• A person with strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
• Knowledge and experience in Owna, CCS and general childcare administration duties (preferable but not essential as training provided if required)
• Evidence of a current employee Working with Children Check
• You will be asked to disclose any information relevant to your eligibility to engage in activities involving children.

What you will do:

• Assist the Centre Director in overseeing the daily operations of the centre to ensure smooth and effective administration process
• Develop strong relationships with  families and visitors to our centre
• Assist in centre tours for prospective families and assist with the enrolment process
• Manage the administrative side of the centre alongside the Centre Director
• Demonstrate our company values, Philosophy, Policies and Procedures
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to other staff in all areas of service operation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families and colleagues, supporting the Centre Director in regular communication with parents about their child's development
