Your Role:

  • Nurture and educate children in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Contribute to program planning, documentation, and centre events
  • Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Early Childhood setting
  • Availability to work 5 days per week including centre opening and closing (initially may start at 3–4 days with a view to increase as occupancy grows)

Essential Certifications:

  • Valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC – VIC)
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training (ACECQA-approved)
  • Child Protection Training
  • Strong communication skills and a growth mindset
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education
