About the Role- Lead your own OSHC service and support local families
- Create engaging programs with industry-leading tools
- Build positive relationships within the school community
- Mentor your team of educators
- Rostering for your service with support
- Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks
- Passionate about making a difference in children's lives
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Previous experience in childcare/OSHC industry preferred but not essential
- Completed or in the process of completing ACECQA recognised qualification
- Valid Employee Working with Children's Check
- Willing to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check
