About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our OSHC service, providing high-quality before and after school care and holiday programs for children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of your OSHC service, ensuring exceptional customer service and support for local families.
  • Develop engaging programs utilizing industry-leading tools and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide a team of educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Rostering for your service, with guidance from your Area Manager as needed.
About You:
  • You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and children.
  • Prior experience in the childcare or OSHC sector is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • You hold relevant qualifications and a current Employee Working with Children's Check.
