Duty Manager

Squad in conjunction with our valued Host Employed are seeking a passionate individual to join their team as a Duty Manager.

The Role

This role comes with a plenty of variety and the chance to get highly sought after experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Assist in staff training, development, and performance management
  • Oversee daily operations of the venue
  • Encourage a positive, team orientated workplace culture
  • Comply with RSA, RCG, policies and procedures

What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have the following;

  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality management role (bar, bistro, or gaming preferred)
  • Flexibility to work a roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current RSA and RSG
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Locations: 2350

Contracted Hours: Rotating Roster - Full time 38hrs per week

Salary Range:  78-85K Salary

Commencement Date:  ASAP
