About the role
South Tamworth Bowling Club Ltd, a leading hospitality and tourism establishment in the local area, is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Casual Duty Managers, Chef / Cooks / F&B Attendants to join their team. In this casual role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the club's food and beverage services, whilst providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the daily operations of the club's food and beverage services, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality food and beverages to club members and guests
- Assist with the coordination of events and functions, ensuring a seamless experience for customers
- Maintain a clean and well-organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the club's food and beverage offerings
What we're looking for
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service
- Proficient in the use of point-of-sale systems and other relevant software
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
