Position Summary:

• Build strong relationships with associates, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
• Lead team trainings and maintain engagement through continuous development opportunities
• Maintain a regular presence in daily operations to ensure service excellence and brand standards are consistently achieved
• Drive team performance to achieve BSC goals and business targets
• Oversee restaurant, in-room dining, and minibar operations with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Review staff rosters and monitor productivity to optimise service delivery
• Manage reservation systems, guest correspondence, and resolve enquiries or complaints with professionalism and care
• Support the F&B Manager with planning and executing promotions, events, and initiatives
• Step in operationally to support various roles within the venue as required
• Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, associates, and stakeholders

About You:

• Previous experience in food and beverage leadership, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sound understanding of restaurant operations, reservation systems, and service standards
• Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering results
