Commercial Financial Modelling Lead – Energy & Infrastructure | Strategic FP&A Role

Are you a financial modeller with a sharp commercial edge, ready to step into a high-impact role in the energy and infrastructure space?

This opportunity suits professionals with backgrounds in Big 4 transaction services, boutique investment firms, or renewable energy/infrastructure developers — especially those looking to move into a commercial environment where modelling drives strategic decisions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own and evolve group-level financial models across budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and scenario planning.
  • Deliver board-ready cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insights that shape capital structure, refinancing, and long-term planning.
  • Support project finance, covenant monitoring, and business case evaluation.

What we're looking for:

  • 6–7+ years in FP&A or financial modelling, ideally post-qualification.
  • CA / CPA / CFA / CIMA, with experience in advisory or investment environments.
  • Advanced Excel and modelling capability; TM1 or similar systems a plus.
  • Strong communicator with a proactive, analytical mindset.
