An exciting opportunity now exists with our client located in Rowville. They are a reputable, well established and respected global business in the Food industry. They are looking for a reliable machine operator to assist in their production team.

This is a hands-on role that involves the batching and blending of food products in a clean, safety-focused environment.

The role will be commencing on a casual basis with an ongoing potential for the right candidate. Our client is offering day shift hours of 5:30am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. This also includes 1x RDO every fortnight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare raw materials and ingredients for mixing

  • Mix and blend batches accurately following detailed instructions

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently

  • Follow strict quality control and GMP/HACCP procedures

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Record measurements and batch data with precision

  • Forklift driving when required

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (pharma/food highly regarded)

  • Familiarity with mixing, batching, and blending processes

  • Basic math and computer skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Physically fit – must be able to lift heavy items

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures precisely

  • Current Forklift Licence and Experience

  • Flexibility to do afternoon shifts if production needs change
