The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Cranes and Lifting Team in Perth to support ongoing crane maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of projects to meet client and contractual requirements, including managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage overall project performance (scope, timeline, budget, target deliverables) to meet client, company and contractual requirements.
• Manage the timeliness and accuracy of project controls (reporting, costs, schedule, trends, change management) in terms of both direct and indirect costs.
• Review and prepare campaign documents including quotations, equipment lists required to execute various scopes, technical workpacks, project charters and reports.
• Manage offshore crane maintenance campaigns from start-to-finish, including stakeholder and client management, preparation of documentation and project scope, mobilisation meeting, mobilisation of personnel and equipment, execution, delivery, close out and invoice preparation.
• Provide technical support and mentoring to other engineers and technicians.
• Prepare project scope, budget, and schedule for written proposals.
• Communicate proactively and maintain client relationships.
• Assist Engineers / Technical Advisors with the development of mechanical and hydraulic drawings, procedures, manuals, specifications and general engineering documents.
• Provide project support and input to tenders, customer presentations, and other required marketing and sales/BD activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• At least 5 years' of Cranes and Lifting experience.
• Must have experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft office and project Management Software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, project stakeholders and technicians.
• Experience with risk management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
• A professional, results-driven, and personable approach to managing project teams and stakeholders.
• Extreme ownership and accountability for project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Demonstrable ability to achieve high standards with budget and timeline constraints.
• Ability to present with confidence to management and senior stakeholders on project updates and performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively without supervision with a consistently high degree of accuracy and quality.
