Key details
Location: Carlton/ hybrid working arrangements available.
Fraction: Part time, 3 days per week.
Remuneration: $91000-$101000 pro rata, including superannuation + salary packaging benefits.
About the position
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this key position supports the organisation by optimising operational processes, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Accountabilities
Support and maintain the organisation's compliance, quality assurance and risk management frameworks.Identify areas for improvement in systems and processes and implement effective solutions. Monitor and evaluate organisational risks, providing strategic recommendations for mitigation. Ensure alignment with internal policies, industry standards and legal obligations/ Collaboration across the organisation to foster a pro-active, quality drive, and compliant organisational culture.Skills And Experiences

You combine a deep understanding of governance and compliance with the skills to influence positive change across a unique and evolving healthcare environment. You are passionate about driving excellence, ensuring compliance and managing organisational risk.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with a strategic mindset.A solid understanding of compliance, quality and risk management principles. Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory and policy requirements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels. A commitment to continuous improvement and organisational excellence.Essential criteria
Relevant tertiary qualifications and certificates in risk management, business and/or related topic.Proven success in reviewing, managing, and re-engineering business processes and systems, with experience in managing Risk and Compliance frameworks.A proven understanding of requisite legislation and compliances standards, including:- Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations
- Any other relevant legislations.
