Description

  • End-to-end processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Invoice matching, payment processing, and reconciliation of vendor/customer accounts.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and databases.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Assisting with financial reporting, audits, and compliance tasks.

Profile
The Successful Candidate Should Have

  • Proven experience in AP/AR functions within government or complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central highly regarded).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
