Role Description

This is a part-time / casual, on-site role for a Play Guide located in Melbourne, VIC. As a Play Guide, you will facilitate a safe, engaging, and educational play environment for children, provide excellent customer service to both children and their families, and oversee daily operations within the play space. Responsibilities include coordinating activities, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Qualifications

  • Experience in childcare, early childhood education, or activities coordination
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with both children and adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness standards in a play environment
  • First Aid certification is a plus
  • Enthusiasm, patience, and a passion for working with children
