What We're Looking For

We're after a technician who still enjoys the trade but wants to work somewhere that values them.

You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Are Cert III qualified in Light Vehicle Mechanical (or equivalent)

  • Have 4 years post-trade experience, especially in diagnostics, repairs, and systems thinking

  • Understand that quality work and customer trust go hand in hand

  • Work with calm focus, take pride in what you do, and don't cut corners

  • Are a clear communicator - both with your team and with clients when needed

  • Enjoy supporting others and being part of a steady, capable crew

  • Hold a current Australian driver's licence

  • Want a role that's stable, respectful, and worth staying in long-term
