About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Parts Sales Specialist. As the largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group in North America, we offer an exceptional environment for career growth and professional development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and technicians in securing needed parts and supplies.
  • Prepare invoices for over-the-counter sales and bill parts to repair orders issued to shops.
  • Maintain stock levels, receive and ship parts, and issue local purchase orders.
  • Develop and maintain a favorable relationship with customers by addressing their needs and issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of automotive parts-related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests in a timely manner.
