We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding service throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair journey.

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs promptly and courteously.
  • Consult with customers regarding vehicle symptoms and recommended maintenance or repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.
  • Provide accurate estimates of time and cost for services.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service lane efficiently.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any changes to the estimated completion time.
  • Upsell additional services and products as appropriate.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all dealership products and services.
  • Utilise dealership management software for appointment scheduling, invoicing, and maintenance of customer records.
  • Collaborate effectively with service technicians to ensure vehicles are repaired correctly and on time.
