**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and develop high-quality, high-impact digital campaigns and report results
- Management of website to optimise ecommerce outcomes, product and content updates to improve SEO and CX
- Liaising with external SEO/SEM supplier for maximum ROI, budget management, monitor and correct campaigns as required
- Working with CRM system to execute eDMs, building and maintaining journeys, reporting on ROI
- Manage and update workplace intranet
- Work within Project Management software and Asset Management System
- Support communications to customers via webchat, customer reviews and keep across updates and maintenance of system

**Skills, qualifications and experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in marketing or similar discipline
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- Be creative with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Adobe Creative Suite - Advanced
- Digital Assets, banners etc for SEM, Meta etc, TVC Assets, In Store TV Assets
- Website CMS (WordPress)
- Website management, Intranet management
- Microsoft Office to analyse critical marketing data to adjust campaigns and influence target audiences
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google My Business Pages and Google analytics

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
