A unique opportunity has become available for a talented and discreet Private Chef to join a high-profile household based in Brisbane. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional daily dining experiences, tailored to the family's tastes and lifestyle, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce and health-conscious meals.

We are seeking a professional with a background in fine dining or luxury hospitality, someone who brings both creativity and consistency to the table - and who understands the balance between culinary excellence and the privacy needs of an elite household.

The Role:

  • Prepare and serve daily meals for the principal and family (typically 2-4 pax)

  • Create customised menus based on dietary preferences and seasonal availability

  • Shop, source, and manage pantry and kitchen inventory

  • Maintain an impeccably clean and organised kitchen

  • Occasionally cater for intimate dinners or small-scale events

  • Liaise with household staff to ensure smooth day-to-day service

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in high-end hospitality or private service

  • Strong understanding of nutritional needs, dietary preferences, and global cuisines

  • Professional presentation, discretion, and reliability are essential

  • Ability to work autonomously with high standards of organisation and time management

  • Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and evenings
